Our R&D team has consists of engineers and technicians in the LED technology update, process development, product development, equipment research, manufacture research, mechanical design, electrical design, optical design, thermal management and software program.
Anyhope has full range of advanced equipments, it includes advanced Auto-SMT machine, auto-soldering wave machine, advanced led encapsulation machine, bin and color machine, opto-electrical test device, light and optical spectrum analysis device.
Anyhope has inspection and testing instruments to meet the inspection standards requested by customers such as impact resistance test, environmental resistance test, IP rating test, mechanical test, optical performance test and safety voltage test etc. The laboratory is able to conduct its tests in compliance with standards of CE, RoHS, FCC etc.

From sample orders to bulk orders are assembled under strict quality control.

Mechanical: vibration, shock, drop and transportation

Optical: wavelength, color temperature, beam angle, luminous intensity, luminous flux and lumen maintenance
Thermal: long term exposure to high and low temperature environment and cycling between these temperature limits
Functional: products tested over temperature, current and voltage variations

Aging test: into the whole manufacturing process from start to finish, at least continuously 24hours before shipment
